Donations are tax deductible* or refundable!✙

  1. *Friends of Witham Oaks is a non-profit with 501(c)(3) status (EIN #: 27-1218462). Save your donation receipt for a deduction on your taxes!  Most tax deductions should be taken in the year that Friends of Witham Oaks acquires the property.  Donations to operating expenses can be taken in the year they are donated. See FAQ’s for more info.


  3. ✤If the Friends of Witham Oaks is unable to purchase the property, your donations will be returned to you.  If you donate through PayPal, up to 3% of your donation will be non-refundable due to PayPal’s processing fees.

As of April 4th, 2011, we’ve raised approximately $35,000 towards our $50,000 matching program!  The program has been extended, so there’s still time to double your donation dollars!

  2. ✦Talk to your neighbors and friends; print a brochure or flier to share (please contact us if you’d like to help deliver fliers)

  5. ✦Call your mayor and/or city council member and tell them that you’d like Witham Oaks to be a natural area within the city

  6. ✦Contact the Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department and voice your support

Friends of Witham Oaks anticipates the need for operational funds as we become involved in opposing Campus Crest’s zoning change request.  Funds donated to the land purchase fund cannot be used for operating expenses. We welcome donations to the operational expenses fund OR you can have our treasurer transfer your donation for the purchase of the property to operational funds using this form.
